By accessing or using MeetMind (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeetMind is an AI-powered meeting analysis tool that processes meeting transcripts and audio files to extract action items, decisions, and summaries, and delivers them via Slack and email.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Use the Service to process confidential information without appropriate authorisation
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data & Privacy

We process your meeting transcripts and audio to provide the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant MeetMind a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs (action items, summaries, decisions) should be reviewed by a human before acting on them. We do not guarantee accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
