Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, hashed password, plan type.
  • Meeting content: transcripts you paste, audio files you upload, and the AI-generated summaries, action items, and decisions.
  • Usage data: number of meetings analysed, feature usage, timestamps.
  • Billing data: Stripe customer ID and subscription ID (we never store raw card numbers).
  • Integration tokens: Slack access tokens, stored encrypted, used only to post messages on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the Service — transcribe audio, analyse transcripts, deliver results to Slack and email.
  • To manage your account and billing.
  • To send transactional emails (meeting results, billing receipts, account notices).
  • To improve the Service (aggregate, anonymised usage patterns only).

3. Third-Party Services

We use these third parties to deliver the Service:

  • OpenAI (Whisper): audio transcription. Your audio is sent to OpenAI's API and subject to their privacy policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis. Transcript text is sent to Anthropic's API and subject to their privacy policy.
  • Stripe: payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
  • Slack: message delivery via their API using your authorised OAuth token.

4. Data Retention

Free plan meetings are retained for 30 days. Pro and Team plan meetings are retained indefinitely until deleted by you. You can delete any meeting or your entire account at any time.

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Slack tokens are stored encrypted. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your meeting data

7. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only cookie (mm_token) to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice if we make material changes.
